Proper reports keep you and your company’s name clean!

Missing the annual reporting deadlines is considering an incorrect business habit. This can in return influence your relations with banks, business partners, tax authorities and other parties.

Public business information databases tend to downgrade your company status and your public ratings when deadlines are missed. We’re here to prevent that from happening.

An undue annual report can result in penalties!

For years there were no penalties for not submitting an annual report in time.

Due to the cleaning of the Estonian business landscape, this is about to change. Companies and/or board members personally are now expected to get penalties if annual reports are not submitted.
