Steps to follow

  4. Grant submitting rights to an accountant
  5. Sign the annual report in e-Business Portal
  6. Submit the report or let the accountant do it

20% VAT will be added if applicable

 

What is needed

For an active company

  • All account statements for full fiscal year
  • All sales invoices (documents)
  • All purchase invoices (documents)
  • Agreements covering accounting transactions
  • Other explaining documents

Miscellaneous

If in the course of the service it turns out that the volume of the work could not be correctly estimated due to the initial documents and there is a need for (not identified at first) additional work, the service provider has the right to ask for extra fees based on similar principles that were used for the initial price offer.

 

The proposed timeline is valid if the client provides necessary information and additional documents within a reasonable time. If the providing of additional information is delayed, the service provider has the right to extend the deadlines for the performance of the work.

Submitting the annual report

Companies, where at least one board member has an Estonian ID code, must grant access in the Commercial Registry to our accountant. Guidance will be given by the accountant.

What more you should know about submitting an annual report

Keep your company and your own name clean

 

If you do not submit the annual report in time, it is considered an incorrect business habit. It might influence your relations with banks, business partners and tax authorities etc..

 

Business information databases tend to downgrade your company and your personal public ratings.

An undue annual report might incur a penalty

 

For years there were no penalties for not submitting an annual report in time.

 

Due to the cleaning of Estonian business landscape, companies and/or board members personally are now expected to get penalties if annual reports are not submitted.

Submitting the annual report
if none of the board members have an Estonian ID code

The annual report of the company must be physically signed, scanned and sent to us electronically. After we receive the correctly signed annual report (in Estonian), the accountant will upload and submit it.
