In the Business Register, there is only an Estonian version of the Articles of Association, unless both languages and texts are used parallelly.
The easiest way to get the Articles of Association in English is to translate the Estonian version. Additionally, obtaining certified articles in English as hard copies should be done with a sworn translator. These documents can afterwards be apostilled or legalized if needed.
The Business Register is issuing registry cards in both Estonian and English.
Certified registry cards as hard copies must be certified by a notary and afterwards apostilled or legalized if needed.
The Estonian Tax and Customs Board is issuing tax residency certificates in Estonian, English and Russian languages.
To get a certified Tax residency certificate as a hard copy, it should be certified by a notary and afterwards apostilled or legalized if needed.
There is no Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Estonian Business Register.
The closest document is the company registry card which contains almost all the information that the Certificate of Good Standing would reveal.
